why dont you put the air input the same end as the bb output, mor length for the bb to be accelerated, air has greater effect, less air consumption (more bb consumption however.) This is instead of the air coming in from below. Is there any reason for why this might not be practical? Thankeye Greatlye

Wait, are you putting a certain volume of stoichiometric hydrogen/oxygen into the chamber and then adding compressed air in?

Or are you compressing the mixture in?

What advantages would multiple barrel bring?

I cant imagine them getting hot. Maybe with CO2 it'll prevent cooling of the barrels.

Or is it just for the awesome factor?

Damn, why doesnt someone build a nerf law, powered by CO2 and work out how much pressure they need for distances, add a rangefinder and voila, problem sorted.

Technically all they need is the rangefinder, but you could just go with dead reckoning.

Oh dear, I spent an entire chemistry lesson breathing inb Chlorine, it was fun and I like the smell.

Oh dear.

Maybe I should have listened to my teacher, friends and the world on this one.

Bloody Hell. Not another forum board with noob-haters. A) We dont have many noobs, really, I know this to scale. B) The new people we have type legibly and ask questions that, although repeated a lot, take a few mere seconds to fully answer. C) Generally seem nice and good-natured. Really, this plac...

Im sorry, but when did the power of five raging stallions ever appear small? Tip: Dont build a four wheeled vehicle, it may be saer, but if its that light and dainty, then that is nearlyu void. Build a bike instead, less regulations apply on how you build it, less weight, etc. I understand your reas...

The wall that goes round the school I go to is about twice my height.
I cant clear it in a single jump, but Im pretty sure I could scramble it.

I do rowing, which absolutely kills. Tunnel vision, lethargy for days and incredible pain and dizziness.

All after 2000m of racing.
Incredible.

I live in Scotland, which voids the McMaster/Lowes/Home Depot thing. I have no knowledge of Husky blowguns, so I cant really say anything abouit that. Ok, I thought that the deadspace would work well as a chamber for each shot, but Im prepared to rethink that if it wont function as I want it. @THUND...

I:
  • Don't have one.
Can't be bothered finding the fittings. (on that note, what are the threads?)
    Want one with better airflow.
    Can build one myself.
Can house it in tee piece to make it look neater.
Like my own work, when it isn't crap. (Actually I like any work that isn't crap.)
Questions?
