idea for new type of cannon

my idea is a dry ice powered, burst disc cannon. dry ice can be combined with water in the pressure chamber and a standard burst disc is used. no need for compressors is a plus. ill update with progress. comments or questions?

Pneumatic spud gun legality

I live in Lincoln, NE and while firing my cannon the other day i got called in and a cop said that i couldnt shoot it. Is this true? i was under the impression that they were legal because they are not powered by an explosion. Also, in my city it is legal to shoot bb guns in city limits, so why not ...

fill nipple question

i must have been around too much solvents when i put the fill nipple in. i stupidly put in one of those quick disconnect 1/4" fittings for air tools which doesnt keep air in the tank, so i have to fire it with the compressor attatched. is there a 1/4NPT fitting that does have that feature?
