Re: French semi-automatic rifle

Okay, DP becaue I tried my silencer without any filling inside and it seems to be louder...
Anyway, I'm thiniking about making baffles now...
I had a larger suppressor before, filled with baffles and foam spacers. It was really effective but the outside diameter of 50mm was really ugly !

Re: French semi-automatic rifle

Ok, it seems a little tricky to adjust but I could use this in a new launcher...I'll see
I really like the actual design because of the reliability :)
I'm thinking about making a stock, but I'm not really fan of wood...maybe plastic/resin material and black paint.

Re: French semi-automatic rifle

Performance could simply be improved by enlarging the chamber or upping the pressure. Shortening the supressor might help aswell. In that case I would use a bigger outer case to keep the volume up. I had a larger chamber before (about 50% more volume) but the performances were not better... About u...

Re: French semi-automatic rifle

Yep the suppressor is quite effective. About the power, the steel ball bearings (4,5g) goes right through this MDF board (18mm thick).

French semi-automatic rifle

Hi all, I'm here to show you my creation : it's a semi automatic pneumatic rifle with 15 shots charger. The ammo is steel ball, 10mm diameter. I shot at 15bar (215psi), and with 70cm long cannon the performances are quite impressive. I have a paintball air tank, and I modded the regulator to have lo...

I've just used thus technic to adjust the output pressure of mine to about 200psi before seeing your video. Glad you've explained that because it's a cheap way to lower the pressure and ensure autonomy! Approved ;-)

Hello Pyromane, I'm assuming you're french but answer you in english... If your paintball bottle is air type, then the inline regulator that is connected on the output could be modified...I've opened mine and replace half of the Belleville washers by a strong spring (from an extinguisher). Afeter a ...

Hi, spadulux is the name of the rifle... Lol
The pilot volume could be reduced but for ergonomical reasons and good flow it is difficult.
The thread of extinguisher is not standard but very close to 3/4" so I screwed it with epoxy glue.

Hi all, I'm proud to show you le last air rifle I've created (2 years ago at least, I'm a bit lazy since returning to studies) Air supply is in semi-auto mode but I have to feed ammos by hand in the breech (10mm ball bearing are commonly used) Fire extinguisher pressurized to 20 bars (300psi) , pres...

Looks amazing, But I don't exactly understand where the piston is located, although I can tell you could have placed it much better  Overall though, sweet gun, I love those garden sprayers, The only ones I have seen here would open with pressure input from the front, so I cannot use that metho...

Oh wait.I've just noticed the bolt action thing. You could just load by unscrewing the plug on the T at the back of the barrel. And scrap the breech loader . I bet that would seal better, and give you extra barrel lenght I don't understand very well your suggestion...my breech loading is very well s...

Great work -X3- Its funny that every time I see a gun from France its got one of those hose triggers. I like it though, it's a nice touch. I'm just not familiar with the pressure it can handle is all. I'm curious about the bend from the 3/4" tee to the hose trigger. It looks like aluminum tubing, b...

It looks great but you have created a lot of dead space.I suspect you did that for the breech loading T at the back of the barrel Wich is okay, a lot better still then a ballvalve. And the T loader is great, I made one just like that 6 years ago, but with a ballvalve. Welcome to the forum! Yeah, I k...
