Vortexes
Hello all. I'm not too sure that this is in the right palce, but i have found a PDF regarding combustion-driven vortex cannon research, and it looked interesting, so I thought I should share it. Vortex cannon. Sorry if it's posted already. Enjoy :) Edited by jrrdw. Cannons built using this PDF shoul...

Many thanks, R&D it is for me ahead. I feel that this is the most enjoyable part of the whole cannon-building exercise, tweaking the countless variables to ascertain precisely which combination yields the furthest shot, the fastest shot, the most accurate shot. And, since I now have a rough estimate...

(The pic is a bit inaccurate, the cylinder I have is different.) OK looks as if I'm going to buy another length of pipe. The w...

A few questions from an amateur.
Hello all, I'm new here, and, if no one minds, I'm gonna ask a few questions about my first ever combustion. (Sorry about the metric units, but it isn't too hard to convert) First off, the gun is going to have a barrel made from an as-yet-undetermined length of 63mm dia. PVC. The PVC is pressure rat...
