Re: "Fridgy" internal pressure relief valve

I am not sure i understand the problem, but in that electric box there is a termic resistance meant to stop the motor to overheat . I did canceled the resistance from my comprssor after running for 1 min or so and stopping at a certin pressure......now it's working fine.... The "problem" is that in...

"Fridgy" internal pressure relief valve

So after a good amount of time away from spudding, I decided to dig out the old brass/aluminum bearing cannon. And boy was it a good choice! Anywhoo, I had my small compressor still working so I was set on up to 800psi, but since the duplex I am leasing at school has a nice 240v receptacle in the ba...

Re: Blow Hard T-Shirt Launcher

Wow that looks nice. Can tell a lot of time and effort when into the design to make sure it was safe and worked properly! Did you have any trouble sealing up the threaded rods? What regulator is that

Looks to be a handful :)

with a single 670 you will be able to run all 4 of your monitors off it alone. and the 670 has higher performance than a 470 so you could run just a single card and avoid the need for a larger power supply

with an 800 watt power supply, you should be able to run a quite powerful setup. personally I have a NVidia 670 FTW as my main card, and a 9800gt as my secondary (no connected displays, only for bit coin mining). all of this is on a 620 watt supply but my total draw has never exceeded 490 watts. and...

Savko.com has a 6" x 4" bushing for $12, and they have very competitive pricings

once you get to 6" prices skyrocket on pvc fittings

The purple paint really gets me. Amazing work on the launcher, even is designed for non destructive purposes

and with that carrying case, it has the looks of a commercially available product( I just wouldn't try to go though the airport with it)

received the compressor yesterday, first impressions are good so far flow has defiantly exceeded my expectations for "just" a 12v compressor, the amp draw is higher than I had wanted, around 15A at 0psi. but that's nothing I cant handle, already have 4guage wire to the back of my car. the limit on d...

a "proper" compressor would not have been an option unless I had a full size truck or service vehicle, definatly not the car and van I drive

Viair 400c 12v compressor

I have always wanted a decent compressor to keep in my vehicle for various uses (and of course potato accelerating). So yesterday i purchased a Viair 400c compressor online. http://viaircorp.com/Industrial/400C.html Has anyone had experience with 12v DC compressors other than the $10 ones? Also I kn...
