Also, was the propane can sitting outside for a while? I believe cold temperatures really minimize the amount of pressure you can achieve from propane.

I drilled four screws into my chamber 2 sets of two. The sets are about 6 inches apart and the screws are about 2mm apart inside the chamber. Then I connected the two sets with thick wire.
