sorry for reviving a semi-dead thread, but what size and length pipe is your chamber and where did you buy it? also just to make sure is this basically a coaxial gun that doesnt have the barrel go inside of the pipe and the piston doesnt seal against the barrel

thanks everyone for answering! i plan to order a 1/4" rectangular qev off of ebay this weekend tatfree you should just search "quick exhaust valve" on google shopping, amazon, or ebay, if you don't want to pay for shipping then you can just simply make your own oops and i almost forgot... i have sea...

I am making a break barrel QEV pistol in which the QEV will be housed inside a piece of 1&1/4" PVC to make it look more aesthetically pleasing. the PVC will also be used to have 2 sets of rails( 1 for lazer and 1 for a red dot ) and a pistol grip frame screwed into it. i am trying to decide weather ...

i have decided on making a heat molded pvc grip for the handle i plan on making it much like the one that i put the link on... my oven is heating up to 400 right now, i plan on just bending about a foot long piece of 1" pvc at about a 60 degree angle then squeezing it while still hot to make the fin...

how long would you guys suggest that the chamber be?

i was also contemplating putting a little mini reg on it and finding an adapter and pipe that fits around a 12 gram co2 cartage tightly so that i could get multiple shots... what do you think?

thats what i'm wondering. you say " a proper reducer" but what do you use for your proper reducer to connect the barrel? is it just a nipple that you have the barrel epoxied into or is their another way?
