I am making a break barrel QEV pistol in which the QEV will be housed inside a piece of 1&1/4" PVC to make it look more aesthetically pleasing. the PVC will also be used to have 2 sets of rails( 1 for lazer and 1 for a red dot ) and a pistol grip frame screwed into it. i am trying to decide weather ...

i have decided on making a heat molded pvc grip for the handle i plan on making it much like the one that i put the link on... my oven is heating up to 400 right now, i plan on just bending about a foot long piece of 1" pvc at about a 60 degree angle then squeezing it while still hot to make the fin...
