I'd have to take a look at it again, I believe there was an alignment rod in there that had come out after there had been some sealing issues. Nothing I would blame on Joel's design, this thing had went through a ton of fires, It can probably be fixed I just don't have the time to deal with it right...

Wow, I can't even believe this stuff is still on here... Unfortunately this cannon has been dismantled as the valve took a dump and the gun heat cycled in the basement of my friends house for quite a while. Needless to say I didn't feel like risking a failure so it is now permanently dismantled. Tha...

That is one of the best looking launchers I have ever seen, excellent job. How much time do you think it took you to fabricate and machine all of the parts for it?

Oh ok, I didn't know you were using helium as a propellant. There have been some discussions about heating the regular air in a pneumatic to achieve supersonic velocities, but as I'm sure you know, fluid dynamics really works against you close to the speed of sound. Second combustion, propane metered

Hello all, Just thought I would share some pics and vids of the new combustion cannon my friend and I built. This cannon uses a 100k volt stungun, metered propane injection, it has a clear chamber from Joel, a 1.5" rifled barrel from Joel, and it utilizes banjo fittings for quick breech loading and ...

Hey, sorry to reply so late. We made the wooden supports with some .5 inch plywood and a reciprocating saw. The template was mocked up before the end caps were put on so it was pretty easy to mock up. Thanks for the compliments. The wooden stands were made by my friends dad, a professional carpenter...
