Re: Boomer58cal
Yeah I figured you would just use a piece of metal pipe for convenience, strength and simplicity. I've modified several of my kids nerf guns with heavier Springs and their main limitation is there construction. I was able to approximately double the range on one of my kids small blasters, but it on...

Re: Boomer58cal
Hey Boomer,
I'm going to add a ball detent once the gun is fully finished and the system works.
The main material of the gun is just metal. The sealing from the piston is from rubber.
Hope you know enough at least,
Thanks

Re: Bravootome
Hey, thanks for that video!
That's a really cool spring pistol, but my attempt is to make the spring inside the pistol
Let me know what you think about and I'll hear something soon

Re: Potential 6mm Airgun Sniper (need help)
Hey guys, Thank you really much for those helpful comments! Actually I´ve found out how a hammer valve system works. Maybe this is the best and good looking way for a good airsoft sniper So I guess I´m trying to make a hammer valve to operate the gun One problem is that I dont know how to make the h...

@Brian the brain
Thanks for your advice for the hammer valve.
Looking forward to make a hammervalve with my qev attached.
first I need some inspiration (and it has to be semi-auto)
Hope you'll have great ideas for hammer valves

Re: Potential 6mm Airgun Sniper (need help)
@ Bladeul, Thanks for the usable tip to manually change the output pressure ( didn't know that ) Let's find it out on Youtube somewhere :P I'll get a 6mm barrel somewhere. Hope I'll find a double layered for more durability (: Little guess that it will have alot more power than with a 7mm haha I'll ...

Re: Potential 6mm Airgun Sniper (need help)
Yup, I am going to buy a Paintball tank with pressure regulator, but can't find any small regulators that goes to a low pressure of +/- 10 Bar. I guess my 3 way valve can't have alot of bar unfortunately :( I own a handpump that can go to 15 bar, and a huge compressor which goes to 9 bar max. I was ...

Potential 6mm Airgun Sniper (need help)
Hey there, This is my first topic on spudfiles :) I'm trying to build an airsoft sniper; The connections are 3/8''. I use a 3 way 2 port valve to pilot the QEV. So it's semi automatic, and the barrel is 7mm, unfortunately no 6mm :/ I guess my chamber is kinda good for bb's, please comment if it's no...
