I think he meant a multishot rifle that uses an escapement mechanism and a gear. I used to build them when I was younger but they were less powerful and more prone to rubberbands getting tangled on the front.

Mostly one long piece of pvc pipe and 1 pvc coupler. The trigger is a bent metal strip from an old windscreen wiper. The stock is 3 different lengths of tube taped on top of each other. The trigger guard is a strip cut lengthwise from another piece of pipe and bent. And I used a hairdryer and my han...

Rubber Band Rifle

Well this isnt a spudgun, it shoots rubberbands one at a time very accurately and surprisingly far (great for indoor use) plus it looks and feels realistic. Its used for small wars and target practice. Its quick to load and when the stock comes off it looks like shotgun. I just thought someone may b...

Fast valve with trigger and shelled rounds

I came up with this design for a valve with a trigger and shells that are loaded through the back of the gun. 1) Remove endcap and spring 2) Put shell with loaded round in back 3) Pull trigger 4) Shell moves forward releasing air from tank 5) Round is fired 6) Open endcap 7) Remove empty shell 8) Re...

Remember this is a combustion so leakage isn't as much of a problem but I know how snugly some pipes fit so with a bit of grease and maybe a bit of felt on the end barrel that slides in the chamber the seal can be quite tight. It isn't meant to fire any big heavy ammo. My design has a rotating barre...

Simple Breech loading BB Rifle combustion

I have come up with this design for a simple mini combustion that is condensed into one long tube, perfect for rifle designs. Pipe B is the larger of two pipes needed and acts as the chamber and barrel housing. Pipe A has the same External diameter as Pipe B's internal diameter (or as close as possi...

Benny, like the original post said, i will probably be using it at 20 PSI.

Spudstuff. The smaller pipe is the barrel. The chamber is not shown in the rendering.

Thanks, so how is the diaphragm made?

I came up with this yesterday. Its a manually operated barrel sealing valve. Its still a bit on the complicated side though. Any thoughts?

Ideas on how to make a simple valve.

I need ideas on how to make a simple and cheap valve that requires no machining or anything difficult. Something that can be made in large quantities. It would hold about 10 PSI - 20 PSI and fire foam pellets. It is to be used with half inch pipe.
Diagrams would be helpful.

Ok now that everyone is onboard, is anyone going to order one? I can't since it is not compatible with the type of PVC you find here.

This fitting would be used to fill 7 mini chambers, each with a check-valve and ball-valve on it. Why is it not possible?
