Thanks, It's a lot of fun especially when you load it with silicone filled tennis balls. We can launch one over 200 yards at 10bar pressure set. Great info from the link thank you. I discussed with our machinist and we have decided to make the twisted square rod rifling tool with a 4 land broach cutter to rifle our barrel. But it was built in an engineering test lab for a large manufacturing company that design's and builds sophisticated train brake systems. so we had access to a full machine shop with some talented machinists, and cost was not a factor.
