several materials will work as seals like TPE or Flex PLA for sure and they both are easy to print but you want a much softer material for a seal vs a harder one

just looked it up if you went combustion or allowed to for your purpose you could def hide the smaller 2" -2.5" barrel in a shroud to make it look exactly like one it may not function as the original but would for sure launce finned mini nerf football rocket mujigs many football fields

i made a 2" barreled advanced combustion 12v with stun gun ignition propane or 4 Mapp as fuel with two ball valves metering device 12v 120mm pc fan for mixing its not small about 5 total feet but the mini nerf footballs with a tail that whistle go out of sight aimed straight up with little to no noi...

no worries the post was more so to show that this stuff lives on and continues to get better despite the forum being a graveyard as of late i try to get back here from tim to time but the hobby is still alive and thriving

how did you come to this conclusion, without building one the main reason i posted it here is it seems to show that in fact 3d printed parts are very capable of holding pressure its a new to me valve type and since people on here have been making very nice pneumatics for a long time i figured no bet...

the valve system is quite unique and not any i have came across before so different i had to print it to see just to attempt to get the idea the mag holds 40 and is part of the valve system

interesting system and since its printed and in use of 850PSI
