You get build the vortex block out of JB Weld. It comes in large industrial tubes and small tubes. I think it is stronger than bondo but its kinda expensive.

I got to thinknig about it and I think its a cloud. I think the bigger pipe where the front handgrip attaches to is a large bb cloud chamber and the T fitting in the back is where the air flow agitates the bbs and sends them into the barrel. Whatcha think about this idea?

I found this airsoft flamethrower but I have no clue how the bbs get from the packpack tank to the barrel and if it is using a cloud or a vortex. Air or co2? Also it is easier and safer to buy one because a regulator must work perfectly or you will get to much pressure and your tank might rupture. I also sugest putting on a air safty valve incase of overpressure.

Ya, I have my 1st cannon (completly out of ABS) Blow up in my hands. It didnt shatter into hundreds of pieces but ripped into 2 big chunks but the sound (it was shoulder held cannon) left me deaf for 2 days out of my right ear.

Iono, diff diamiters but the tube I found on mcmaster is .120 wall thickness and I don't think thats thick enough for threads. Right?

I dont have the equipment or experience to weld it so can't I just thread it with a hand pipe threading set and some clamps?
