also, frogy for the sake of correcting you, the freak is a terrible barrel because the inserts do not lock into place. The scepter from powerlyte is cheaper as well as better. Its a great barrel. For the tippman i do hear good things about the j&j ceramic and the ultralite is good on any gun, but e...

the admins of the site are not little kids who choose by popularity or friend wise, the admins if they were judgers would more than likely be extremely fair in their choosing of a winner. We have very good admins. Never meant they were childish, but everyone has an opinion. Sorry, didn't mean to at...

Sorry to be so cynic about the negatives, but I tried to make some positive suggestions. Judging is the main problem. You would need to have impartial judging. People who have been here longer are usually the best choice, but their judging abilities would be clouded by any e-friendships or e-grudges...

Propane Regulator

I am having a hard time finding a propane regulator, and I don't think I know what to look for. Any names or links would be greatly appreciated.

Could I rig up a paintball regulator? Or is there something special about a propane regulator?

Thanks in advance!

Paintball regs arent scientific quality by any standards, but are cheap and do the job perfectally. What you are paying for in a paintball regulator is better fill-to-fill consistancy, and quicker recharge. The more expensive, "cool" looking, ones are more for regulating compressed air or N2. The pa...

Combustion Gasses

Well this is my first thread so here we go! My friends and I have built a combustion launcher, out of pvc, and a gril igniter. We started off using metered propane, and hairspray(only because my dumbass friend thought it worked better). Then we move up to mapp gass, which seemed to produce better re...

I thought it was funny. You arent really going to damage a vehicle with a potato anyways. My friends and I were shooting off our cannon in my back yard (few acres), when one of them decides to shoot a paintball gun at the group of us. Of course, one of us got hit, and was pissed. Unfortunately he wa...
