The Small hole from the guide rod from my observation was to equalise the presure in the top of the diaphram and the chamber end of the valve.... Correct me if i am wrong but without the guide rod mine is doing fine with no leaks what so ever now.

Nope no dramas, only my dust gun is royally f*cked, it took a few goes to get my chamber worked out, what it is, is a 50mm cap drilled out with a 25mm male glued in with a 25mm connector at the back not the best design but it works pretty well, it was better than my brass nipple just cut the pvc. It...

I fill it to on average about 100psi it is going pretty well. I'm not sure how I would Increase the size of the chamber, if i did it would be more chunkier than it already is. I have been told by a mate that if i block the path between the two "t" sections it would better the flow is that true?

Im not sure if I am right but isnt mousepads made on neophrene (not sure about spell) Like the stuff wetsuits are made of. But you would need a dense form of it. My old man deals with clothing so ive heard him saying something about it a fare while ago.

My first pneu evolved.

This is a timeline of my gun, with a few damage shots at the end. I started with a simple design of a solenoid gun with barrel and chamber in a straight line. No photos Then moved to a short "U" shaped ball valve operated mini gun. http://img375.imageshack.us/img375/3489/firststubgunej6.jpg Next I a...

http://img223.imageshack.us/img223/6960/image00dca9.jpg That is my valve, it has the top of the neck cut off and the 3/8" male to 1/4" fem screwed into the adjusable part of the valve. Seen below. http://img212.imageshack.us/img212/3607/image0agi6.jpg Note: It's not fully screwed in so you can see ...

Might this be why you had trouble with my tutorial?
No the reason I had trouble was beacause in Australia I am yet to find anyone who stocks Watermaster products. I found a valve that looked the same as yours. Question, does the Watermaster valve have a 4mm lip on the inside of the neck?

I tried this method it worked but on a version of this preasure adjustable valve the neck has a 3mm lip and i found that this was not enough to hold the brass fitting on but i found a 3/4" male to a 1/2" fem conecter and it is the same size as the inner of the adjustable neck. If you want more detai...
