Mihlrad: RFLMAO! Yes, they do still make solder with lead and acid and rosin cores. Plumbing solder is labeled as 'lead free', so as to not poison your water supply. Acid and rosin core solders are used for other uses, such as electrical and metal working. I too have considered using solder for ammo...

Some nice pictures above, I will have to wait for photos, before I can post anything that looks good. Eventaully, I would like to post video also. Any ideas on how to get it from 8mm to a computer? Now, has anyone actually built and tested one of these designs yet? Also, for auto loaders - has anyon...

Atlantis has got the idea. I will get a drawing made up with the general idea. How do I post pictures? (I'm sure this has been covered elsewhere, so feel free to post a link to another thread on it if need be. In the mean time I will search for such info.) If it is easier, I can just email it to som...

Co-axial automatic loader?
Has anyone here built a co-axial auto loader yet? I just thought of it this morning, and will build it if it has not been done yet. Of course it will be on a small scale for the first model.

Thanks for the responses! I am in NV, with alot of room around me for ranging. (We own 40 acres, with 1/4 mile on each border, and alot of open range around us) I figured the golf balls were plentiful, and had a fair amount of mass. I also wanted to have some hope of tracking them to verify ranges a...

Most Power and Range Achieved?
I am very interested to know what are the longest ranges achieved, (and with what ammo) and the pressures involved in achieving these ranges. I am just starting out and would like to know what are your results that have been achieved repeatedly. Also, share if the cannon is untethered or connected t...

Has anyone tried ENT conduit, or EMT conduit? The EMT can be welded, and is stronger. The ENT has nice long curves for the elbows, and full thickness fittings. However, the kinds of fittings are limited as compared to the white PVC fittings. How about the 16 guage and commercial grade of galvanized ...
