It may have dried, I got the instructions from spudtech.com and it had me apply the primer and cement to all of the parts before assembling them. Right Gaurd still works....
Used it yesterday, worked, not as good as white rain did though...
It doesn't list any flamible liquids on the back, maybe it's just the aresol exploding, but it still works.
