Thanks jrrdw, I'm getting back into Airsoft, so that includes some spudding. Gonna try a slide-piston design for a linear piston cannon, should be interesting. Of course a sabot is necessary, I was thinking that firing something like a dixie cup filled with bb's would keep the bb's together long eno...

I imagine most people find that part simple enough and the real difficulty comes from the type of ammunition being used during play; most common options being nerf fo...

You'll have a possibility of 4 shots because of the dead space in the center between all the alves. Or if you stick to three, the first shot will have much more air behind it than the first, the second and third chambers will be emptied into a lower pressure chamber on firing. Just something to note.

The idea is to make it look as close as possible to an M24, or a version of it, hence why this style was chosen, should put a nice stock on it, either carved wood, or if possible a foam core fiberglass stock. Im still debating whether or not to use a QEV or a Chamber Sealing Piston. It would be my f...

Breech Loader
Alright, been brewing over a design in my head for a week now, rough sketches flood my notebooks, so I wanted to get everyone else's opinions before I splurged and went to Lowe's for all the things I'd need. I'll apologize ahead of time for no sketches uploaded, my scanner hates me, and Google Sketc...
