I would use about 8 inches of three inch pipe.

that is about 1:1 C:B.

but thats just me.

If you want to go quiet or, you plan on using a fan/propane, i would reccommend 5-6"of 3" pipe. This is the .8:1 C:B......

or darn near it

pneumatics can soooo be very loud. thats relly only if you use a piston valve though. you should consider a modded sprinkler valve pneumatic. i use mine in state parks where rules are tight and patrols are frequent. it is very quiet, and if you use a lower C:B ratio you will definently get what you ...

No one at my school has ever built anything more than a basic hairspray combution. its actually kinda sad. and whenever i tell anyone about one, they think i am exagerating (which i am not). I introduced my friend to combustions a while back, and he loves them and has made his own. I am still the on...

a remember some sort of paintball mine that used a burst disk that blew after a certain amount of time. Maybe this action could somehow be applied to a parachute round. You would have to fire it off quick though. And the timing would have to be like perfect..... just an idea... ahh... here it...

Beige UV-resistant PVC

Ok, I know that this is a stupid question, but I just want to be safe. So go easy on the newbie flaming. :(

I have a sch 40 pvc part, and a sch 40 UV-PVC part. If I use regular pvc primer and glue, will they bond correctly?

Can UV-PVC be safely bonded with regular PVC?
