there is a way to do that. or you could have a remote control, servo actuated blowgun directly onto a sprinkler or QEV. that would be simple as hell aswell. just hook the servo arm up to the trigger. i have old rc systems that i make stuff out of and use servos to move switches and things. i think you would be pretty safe putting it in the vise ( valve ) and getting as big of a lever as you can ( as suggested ) and doing that. if you put the nipple in and try to turn the valve you will have almost no leverage at all. as long as you don't overtighten the vise. all it has to do is stop ...

i think that your biggest problem is the slow speed at which you fill it. if the piston doesn't seal against the chamber walls very well then it will take a burst of pressure quickly to get it to seal against the barrel. otherwise it mite get to the barrel and then not have enough to seal and then l...

i just modded a valve that is very similar to that the other day. the black rod on the top is a flow control and i took that out and used the hole from that (made it a bit bigger) to put the male to male fitting into to connect my blowgun / ballvalve onto. and filled the solenoid hole up with epoxy....
