rubber strap, cell phone. Attach the cell phone to your leg or arm, set an alarm on your phone to vibrate. Noise is not the only thing that can wake people. If your phone does not vibrate enough for your liking, you could always make a pneumatic ram with a pillow on the end of it to nudge you awake....

elite battery cells are the best IMO and no not because they have the name elite, they just have higher capacity (mah) than most of the same size cell.
