I shoot tennis balls in the open fields around here. The kids go out and try to catch them. I also have put the jeep in parades. The 2 guns on the new vehicle are going to be auto paint ball guns.

On the stainless cannon I inject 3 shots of propane and 3 of oxygen and the disk still holds, so much easier than the usual burst disks.

When the disk is cut out it is bigger than the barrel, it expands a little. I inject 20 lbs of propane than mix it with the fan. Not that much pressure in the chamber so it holds fine. I have used them in 5 cannons already. When I first load it I open the back to purge the air than close it and spin...

Starman, I will try to take some pics today and post them here. The burst disks are actually just cut out of 1" insulation foam. Like a cookie cutter. They are pushed down the barrel with the ammo. They are a tight fit and have worked for years. I use a sharpened pipe the same dia. as the barrel. Ta...

Hi all. Thanks for all the nice compliments. Things have been slow here especially with the cold. I will post the buggy when I make more progress. The cost is hard to determine, mostly parts I had already. Davidvaini, you can use what ever you like. See you all soon. The engine was donated, it is a ...

That.s true. They use a water jet for cutting out steel plates. Hell of a lot of pressure though. I also need to take some pictures of the ammo I have developed, rockets and styrofoam bust disks. Hopefully soon. The hand spun fan for mixing also has been working for over a year. So much easier than ...

Thanks Jack. I did shoot the stainless cannon last week. the 1 1/2" spud went through 3/4" plywood at about 40 feet. Three shots of propane and 3 shots of oxygen. Kind of scary seeing a soft spud do that much damage.

Hi again. I just wanted to let everyone know why I have not been here in a while. I have been working on this buggy and the stainless cannon will go on top. Takes up a lot of time.

I would like to enter my stainless cannon, however it is not something anyone can make. You need lots of tools so I will probably not enter. I am looking forward to what comes in, this is a very creative group.
I,m not sure my tennis ball cannon on the handmade jeep would qualify either.

Here are the basic plans. I,m sure they need explaining at some point. The co2 uses a Palmer regulator at about 200 pounds as I recall.
A note to MrCrowley, what problems?
I will resend at another time, they came through rather fuzzy.
