Cool cool, how did you keep the wax from forming all the way to the bottom of the endcap? It flows all the way to the bottom on the first mold, but that piece tends to break off and stay in the mold when I remove the glowstick. That makes it easier on subsequent castings. I've been making these and launching them from my 1" pneumatic cannon. Pretty easy to make and I can get glowsticks at the dollar store. I use a piece of 1" pipe and a 1" cap as a mold. I just scored 2 of those valves on eBay. The brass pipe can be cut down and inserted backwards. The part that has the galvanized nut is 3/8" (i think) and can be fitted with a ball valve to mod it.

I'm building my first pneumatic gun (4" x 24" chamber, 2" x 48" barrel, 1" sprinkler valve) and I screwed up one of my fittings. The 2" to 1" bushing stopped about 2/3 of the way into the 4" to 2" reducer. I tried twisting, hammering, swearing, but it would not seat any deeper. Is there any way to r...
