You could always try using colored golf balls, the ones that are neon colored and stuff. Not sure where to get them though.

I'd choose Home depot, not just because of all the plumbing parts but all the lawn equipment, imagine chasing zombies on a riding lawn mower wile duel wielding chainsaws and nail guns  .

Well I was lucky cause i found the garden hose attachment in my garage, it fit perfectly and with some Teflon tape it was airtight. Have not had any problems with it so far. Also, i found a new way to fill it, I use another garden hose attachment to stick on the water hose valve, then i use a piece ...

Thanks Biopyro, your backpack water gun inspired me to build this simplified one. But remember, i can still add a second tank.

But I'm guessing its still safe to bring it up to 80-100 psi with the water still in there right?

if a hose clip fails then you've got yourself an unintended water rocket!
What do you mean by hose clip Biopyro?

Edit: Oh yeah heres my water gun http://www.spudfiles.com/forums/viewtop ... tml#190652
It shoots in long bursts.

Well when i did water rockets with 2-liter bottles, we used 80 psi to launch them, so i guess i should just keep it at 80. It's powerful enough already.

Simple Watergun Question

When a 2-liter bottle is half-full with water, is it still safe to bring it to 100 psi?
Or would the water have some effect on the limit because its cutting the chamber volume in half?

The chamber is rated to 100 psi, it don't say that on the side, but the 2 inch stuff is rated to 300, so by analogy...
Thats horrible reasoning, the chamber could be made out of a completely different material than the fittings are.

Edit: How do you like my new Profile Picture 8) ?

Theres always stories like that where people just finished a combustion cannon, so when they go to dry fire it the newly applied glue, is still giving off flammable fumes, ignites and usually singes their eybrows.

With the sprinkler angled like that, wouldn't it cause a lot of air constriction or are the insides open like a pipe, except for the diaphragm part of course.
