mcmaster-carr.com has high pressure fittings and pressure ratings for everything and anything random you need for a spudgun (seriously there catalog is something like 15000 pages

I have almost all of the parts, but now my dad said that i can only shoot soft stuff like nerf darts and potatos. :x

You would be surprised by the damage a potato can do at a high rate of speed, they can easily punch a hole through plywood.
It's hard to soar with eagles when you're working with turkeys.

The problem with potatos is I don't think you could get them going too quickly before they broke up or got incinerated. So you could do quite a bit of damage with them, but you can't get them going fast enough to do it in an atmosphere without them disintegrating or burning up.

And it's not as if his dad is going to be watching him the whole time, esecially if this thing is portable.
