where can i find one of these that are slip to slip. only one i found is a spg

Check hardware stores.
If you cannot find the right reducer, try to do it in two steps.
4"->3" + 3"->2" for example.

If it was slip-slip it would be called a reducing coupling or bell reducer, not a bushing.

Click on the 'PVC-Couples-Reducing' link. The reducer is near the bottom, product number 429-420.

any reducers larger then 2" i can find are all dwv. i wasnt looking for a reducing coupling specifically just something that went from 4" to 2" without needing a coupling and thats nsf-pw. ill check out that link thanks
