Hello everyone.

It was rainy and boring today, so I decided to experiment with some darts I made. These darts are easy and cheap to make, you only need nails/screws some T-shirt fabric and hot glue. I tried different lengths, weights and amount of fabric.

I also filmed a slow motion video with my phone and noticed that darts tumble and rotate in the air. Here are two YouTube videos. Slow motion clip is at the end of the second video. Use YouTube video function to additionally slow down the video to better observe the effect. More content soon!

Edit - I used blunt tipped darts today for safety reasons since I was determining how far they can go.

I'm a fan of the screw darts myself. More damage!

I am quite satisfied, the better full metal airgun is waiting to be assembled (with spring mechanism). Need to find a high pressure pump somewhere, I will probably order one from China.

If spud guns were to be used in wars, I am sure screw darts would be banned by a treaty :D :D.

The $40 ones you find on eBay are a great deal.
