I have put together a few ammo ideas for different size barrels. All pipe is PVC unless otherwise stated. If you think any ammo ideas should be added to this list, post em.
<table width="600" border="0" align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr><td width="128">1/2" SCH 40 </td><td width="472">AA Batteries (Requires some tape)</td></tr><tr><td>1/2" SDR-13.5 </td><td>.68 Paintballs (May require wadding) </td></tr><tr><td>3/4" SCH 40 </td><td>12g CO2 Canisters (Requires some tape) </td></tr><tr><td>3/4" SCH 80 </td><td>.68 Paintballs (Requires Wadding) </td></tr><tr><td>3/4" SCH 120 </td><td>.68 Paintballs (SCH 120 almost impossibal to find) </td></tr><tr><td>3/4" SCH 40 CPVC </td><td>.68 Paintballs (Great fit) </td></tr><tr><td>1" SCH 40</td><td>C-Size Batteries </td></tr><tr><td>1 1/4" SCH 40 </td><td>Film Canisters </td></tr><tr><td>1 1/2" SCH 40 </td><td>Florescent Lights </td></tr><tr><td>1 1/2" SDR-21 </td><td>Golf Balls (Great fit) </td></tr><tr><td>2" SCH 40 </td><td>Caulking Tubes </td></tr><tr><td>2 1/2" SCH 40 </td><td>Lemons and Tennis Balls </td></tr><tr><td>3" SCH 40 </td><td>20oz Soda Bottles, Pringles Cans (without lid) </td></tr><tr><td>4" SCH 40 </td><td>Toliet Paper Rolls (with some paper taken off, plug up center) </td></tr><tr><td>5" SCH 40 </td><td>Full Toliet Paper Rolls (Plug up center) </td></tr><tr><td>40" SCH 40 </td><td>Yourself (may require wadding) </td></tr></table>
Also walnuts that are still green shoot great from a 1 1/2" SCH 40 barrel.
Any size barrel
1. Duct Tape Ball: get some duct tape and form it into a ball (it can fit in any barrel), make sure you lubricate it because some parts may be sticky. You can make it more special by making the front of the ball sticky and shooting things that you would it to stick to for some reason...
2. Toy Action Figures for 1.5" barrels and above: Just put in a wet rag as wadding behind the figure and launch them, then you got yourself a kamikaze man or a flying plastic guy.
3. Stuffed Animals for whatever sized barrel: their ok, not much fun. I shot a cocoa-puffs stuffed animals bird pretty high into the air with a 1.5" barrel.
4. Make a smoke bomb inside a spud, and have a long fuse sticking out of the back, light it, shove it in your barrel, and shoot. The fuse MAY go out, so use the bigget, greenest, thicktst Vicso safety fuse, so it doesn't go out. And if you use a combustion cannon, you don't have to light the fuse, it will light when you fire it!

5. Make some type of the usual wax mold that some people shoot, and add just a TINY bit of <a href="http://www.unitednuclear.com/glow.htm">THIS</a>. It will be VERY COOL to watch at night! It is also cool to add to paint to give the impression your a bright, glowing person!
6. Wooden Craft Balls. You just take the ball 1 size smaller then your barrel (1.5" Barrel = 1" wooden balls) and put some masking take around them until they are air tight in your barrel.
7. Any liquid you can find. (Nonflammable)
