Toilet Paper?

OK heres the plan, I have a nice Solenoid comming (off an older firetruck for their sirens) rated to my specifications with nice flow.
I need to launch a Toilet paper roll(s) but Im not sure how much push I'll need to get them out of the barrel:
heres my setup:
2 older SCBA tanks pressurized to 2200 PSI
Copper tubing to a rather heavy duty regulator (decent flow) down to 140 PSI
Flex tubing (1/2") to a 4" steel barrel (8-12 inches long)
Failing that I will be using 4-8 Propane tanks filled to 140 PSI (they're rated to 250 PSI FYI) to the same setup (minus the regulator)
I think that either setup will have sufficient volume/pressure to launch a TP roll.... is it safe to assume this?
now heres my other question... how does one go about shooting TP?
I was thinking I would use 2 peices of cardboard cut to 4" circles with a 4.125" neoprene (stuff wetsuits are made from) gasket in between the cardboard circles behind the TP roll, then unroll a few feet of TP off the roll and lightly bunch it underneath the roll so when it fires it creates drag on the tail, spinning the roll. will this work?
