I'm 19 and I still play in the mud. IMO, you're never to old to get muddy just for the hell of it.

Anyway, me and my buddies has a favorite riding spot in LaPlace known simply as The Spillway. Its maintained by the South Louisiana Trail blazers if anyone wants to look them up. Next to the parking lot at the spillway is a drainage ditch that I've seen many guys swamp their biked in, si I figured I might as well give it a try. To make a long story short, I swamped mine too. Water in the crank case, the whole deal. Heres the video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YpqefMA8Ak4 (I made multiple attempts at increasing speeds, but it started getting dangerous, so I let the ditch win this time)

So to solve the problem, I snorkeld my bike of choice, an '85 Big Red 250. I ran the vents for the crank case, rear end, carb, and rear brake into one snorkel and my air breather to the other. Tell me what yall think.

Any of yall ride 4 wheelers? 3 wheelers? Dirt bikes? Just go play in the mud?

We used to go four-wheeling at the Bogue Chitto (northshore of Lake Ponchartrain). Might get to do that again someday, but we used to go a lot.

Baton Rouge, LA. I used to have a '97 wrangler. Easy to work on and soo much fun to drive

I do hear theres good riding over there, never been though. Sort of unrelated, but me and my buddy crossed the Ponchatrain a few weeks ago in a 15' starcraft in 5-6' seas. talk about an adrelaine rush

I would never buy a yellow car, but I love the look on a bike. VERY nice starman. I hear they are unusually comfortable, do you find it to be that way?

I'm the same way about the color on bikes...just seems to drift yellow for some reason.

Yeah it's extremely easy and comfortable to ride. Basically a Goldwing without all the heft. Amazing power for a big bike. Too bad they discontinued them a few years back. I loved the race car sporty look. I'll probably just go for one of the new model Goldwings next time around.

Considering Biggsauce last visited this site in 2011, I really doubt he can. Fortunately I can tell you. Chuck a hose from the air filter to some snorkels, then magic them onto your handlebars, and enjoy.

Personally I can't stand trikes, it mindfucks me how to lean, I prefer quads and motorbikes. Speaking of, buying an 03 V-star 650 soonish.
