I need somthing that can throw a normal small fire cracker about 15 or 20 feet. It needs to be small. Maybe like a pen tube and spring thing or somthing. I need to be able to light it after it is loaded. Any help would be nice.

I want somthing somewhat easy to reload. And fueling, loading and firing it might be hard in a room full of people.

Somthing spring powered would be better because its quiter.

you are very hard to satisfy  i think a pneumatic cannon will blow out the fuse. oh. i just had a great idea. have a plunger that slides inside a 5 inch long pipe. have 2 slots in the pipe on both sides about halfe way up, have 2 small pieces of pipe sticking out of the slots with springs attached, pull it back light the fuse put it in and let the plunger go.

Um, isn't it a felony to shoot explosives out of anything?

Yea, because they're made for that. I'm pretty sure that I heard from a reliable source that it's a felony to shoot explosives out of stuff.

EDIT: Discussion of solid propellants, explosive devices or incendiary projectiles fired specifically from a spud cannon is prohibited, and may result in a permanent banning of your account.

ii. Discussion of fireworks as projectiles is prohibited.

So you want ideas for a concealable, unconspicious, homemade explosive launcher designed to be used in densely popluated areas?
