You need to keep in mind that this is a plastic barrel. The force involved at 30 psi or so would be big. You need to have a safety factor involved with your burst disk. A strong burst disk would be loud, but if the disk itself is stronger than the barrel then you may end up with a projectile when the bottom of the barrel blows out. Think about the pros and cons. Stronger burst disk = louder to a point but at the same time it equals higher risk. It could be loud as hell but deadly just the same. Tape a trash bag over the top and then go from there. Start small so you dont end up in pieces.
don't even do that, just put like 4 or 5 plastic bags over the top, then seal it with duct tape.

hi thanks for warnings and ideas
i am a safety man remote ignition is essential i know
and ok i will go with a tarp or plastic bagfoil taped on
the ignition will as easy as possible
a long kable a lamp socket a glassbrocken bulp ........alternate a little capacitor
also it is possible to dig in the barrel so no shrapnel is flying around.
for filling will use lighters
one lighter carry fuel för ~25 liters air
see the paint.
yes i can see the lighters flying around but if it works i need an other filling system but for the first strike it will work or what do you think!?

That's ghetto...
I recommend to use a regular metering system and a spark gap ignition.
Also... where's the fan in your design? You will really need one for a fast burning mixture.

For simplicity and very reliable ignition might I suggest using a fuse and a black powder packet? Please, I don't want any bs about black powder it's just a suggestion and it would work VERY well. It would create a miniature fireball inside of the barrel to light the propane, even if it's not properly mixed. (ps, I have played around with black powder before so I know this very well.)
You can tell how awesome a cannon is by the pressure used.

No.
Just use a spark gap, its reliable enough, easy to operate, cheap, and safe.
