It happens to us all doesnt it,dad was suicidal....Well anyways poor Irwin he was mad but he had it coming but i thought he had a few more years left in him and he was hunting crocs from the age of 8-9 i saw ona documentary and his first croc he got was 7 feet and he jumped on it out of a boat in croc filled waters, crazy guy....I got alot of respect for him...Wonder if they will make his coffin into the shape of a crock? That would be cool.

Yea, it's sad that he died. I'm sure theres goning to be a maithon on animal planet. I allways thought a big mean and nasty snake would be the thing that got him, but no, it was a Stingray!
See you in the great beond Steve-o!
P.S.-My dad died of a hartattact back in 1979, i was 11 years old.

They should feed him to the gators, or put his ashes in with them. I grew up in Eugene where Terri lived. And what the hell, any one here have a dad or what? Mine was killed in a car wreck in 78. I was 4.
"feed him to the gators"< that is really sick dude.
Shame, I didn't see this coming. He was entertaining but I didn't like the way he always wanted to kiss animals.("ah your a cute girl, I'l call you Sheba, I could kiss you all over", something he said to a kawala bear)

Forever dreaming...

There is something about growing up without a dad that makes us get into building spudguns isn't there?
Anyway...He did go in style. He died the way he lived.
Imaginge he would have died from a car accident. That would have been painfully ironic.
Too bad he died. But then again...he's the kind of guy that will live on...

I still can't believe it. Steve Irwin is a legend and I believe in everything he did. He is the most passionate person (not just for nature) that I have ever met. His love for his family is something I admire the most about him and will be sorely missed. One of the best blokes that ever lived I reckon...
