Oh hey rambo soak the tennis balls in gasoline or kerosine(I would use kerosine) mount a torch or a ring of fire at the muzzle and fire then you got a flaming tennis ball. however there will be a problem with fire running down the barrel from fuel residue.

well then it will just make a whoosh sound, with a flame coming out the barrel there woud be no problem there. as long as your fuel lets say propane is off.

Still liquid fuel has direct contact to the barrel and will melt pvc best make it out of metal.

blow gun, tubing, kerosine tank, regulator, and propane to presurise kerosine tank

Well if pcguy aor some other monitor had a problem with this topic "flame thrower" he would have locked this post even before we opened three pages and that sholdn't kill someone (so long as the user dousn't us it one some one) because the fuel kerosine isn't oxidized so it wont catch fire in the tank. It is presurised(sp?) with propane wich also isn't oxidised but it would be bad if it were presirised with air.

I have just a quick question. Would someone load the gun all the way up with water or just halfway? Becuase water is not very compressable and therefore if you filled it all the way up with water and then pumped air in wouldn't the water just expand slightly and that would lower the pressure enough so that it reached atmospheric again? Or is water not that compressable?

You would want to fill half way with water because if the tank is pressurised with say 100 psi the tank would be 50 psi when the tank was empty and just air left(I think) and if it were filled all the way with water and pressursed with 100 psi there would be so little air to force the water/fuel out it would stop spraying really fast.(that is how I think of it I may be wrong)

Yeah if you fill it 1/3rd full and 100 psi I am guessing there will be 33.3333333333333333333 so on psi left when the water is spent and with it 1/4th full and filled with 100 psi i am guessing there will be 25 psi left when the water is spent so ither way it seems good on ither scale. But keeping a constant pressure such as my diagram above is even better.

100 psi (really psig [psi gauge]) is 115 psia, 50 psig is 65 psia, and so on. The PSIA will vary slightly with barometric pressure, but assuming you arn't using this on a mountain, we can ignore the differences.
Thus, a tank 1/2 filled to 100 psig will finish at ((100+15)/2)-15... 43 psig.
1/3 would finish at 22 psig, 1/4 at 13, and so on...
