Doubt it. Every time one of these things gets built people start to get worried about stuff like this, and nothing ever happens. Hawking radiation causes singularities with such little mass to disintegrate before they can suck anything into them.

i think there is about the same chance of the earth being sucked into a black hole as there is leprechauns winning a war against unicorns...

I doubt there is any force on earth that could even come close to the energy of a small black hole..., they are just trying to get a story.
