has anyone succesfully built an hho generator and if you have can i see some pics. iam currently trying to build 1 and im trying to get an idea i understand how they work
I concur. There's nothing new with this "HHO". It's amazing though, many people think this is some new found miracle gas.SpudMonster wrote:HHO is for people who failed chemistry.
First, I'd recommend you to use google, learn some chemistry.brother361 wrote:has anyone succesfully built an hho generator and if you have can i see some pics. iam currently trying to build 1 and im trying to get an idea i understand how they work
If you are trying to HHO-power your car, then yes.SpudMonster wrote:HHO is for people who failed chemistry.
Why do you think chlorine gas would be involved?iemand wrote:But even then, hydrogen(H) is quite dangerous, not even mentioning the chloride gas(when burned with the hydrogen it will create hydrochloric acid), and I think thats one of the last things you would like in your car/lungs/whatever
Uuuhh yeeahh, I'm familiar with the chemistry of it. And why would you suppose salt would be anywhere within 50 feet of a proper hydrogen electrolysis operation?vovka351 wrote:Starman--well, when there's salt in the water electrolysis seperates it into Sodium(OMG reactive metal) and chlorine(OMG poisonous gas)
ok ive already dont that im not an idiot i researched and eveerything and btw chlorine gas is only produced when you use salt im using backing soda so thats not a problemiemand wrote:First, I'd recommend you to use google, learn some chemistry.brother361 wrote:has anyone succesfully built an hho generator and if you have can i see some pics. iam currently trying to build 1 and im trying to get an idea i understand how they work
Then even read more, like this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electrolysis

i believe you could use the realy big flashlight batteries in parrell that might work im not sure how much they are but you could trygoose_man wrote:Here is my electrolysis generator machine:
Soldered to each electrode is a one-foot-long length of wire with an alligater clip soldered to the other end. At the top of each gas collector is a one-foot length of .170" ID plastic tubing. The larger, open pipe is to hold water.
I tested it with three 6-volt batteries in parallel, and it generated gas (I had to unscrew the caps on the gas collector to see it) but not a lot. I need a better power source and I'm low on funds (hence no car battery), so any suggestions would be helpful. I want to have a steady flow of gas, but I don't have delusions of any significantly forceful output. I was thinking about a computer power supply, but that's expensive too.
Thanks,

ok cool man good luck on itTurboSuper wrote:Yeah, I'm in the process of making one ATM, I'll post the results.
I treid this: http://www.spudfiles.com/forums/how-to- ... 11635.html
But I think I did it wrong at it kinda sucked, so I'm trying my own design. If it works, i'll post a how-to.
