Recommend a material for this project

I want to machine a jet pump eductor out of bar stock. The main problem is coming up with a venturi shape. I don’t have any bar stock so I was thinking about making some by casting a material in pvc. I looking for something that is easy to machine Here is what it looks like

Here are some of my ideas, some are off the wall. Can anyone recommend anything that would likely work for this project.

Epoxy
Polyester resin
Hot glue
Hard wax
Lead
Dried paint
Clear silicone
Bondo

If your dealing with water only Epoxy and Bondo will work. Stay away from Lead, the rest on your list...off the wall.

If you want to do it a easier less expensive way other then calling in a pro, try one of these. I had one when I had fishes and the draw was impressive, it worked very well.

I would go with delrin, It machines pretty good and is fairly tough.

An easier to build eductor commonly used for dewatering has the suction on the center on the end and the pressure is applied by a coaxial sleeve with jets on the edge.

The single jet design shown is often used in deep well jet pumps as the lower unit. They are designed for higher pressure discharge at lower volume.

Is your application a high pressure or high volume application?

For this project volume is more important than pressure. I would like to evacuate 55 gal drums with rusty sediment. The water pressure at the garden hose spigot measures about 40 psi I think.
I can’t visualize the easier to build pump you described. Is it the classic venture shaped flow meter type of build?
