Buy on ebay

Hi everybody
As most of you know, I started a airsoft building, and there are parts that I need to buy on ebay.
Sadly, after I bought 2 stuff, my account got suspended, I called them, didn´t help .
So I made another account with a different name and email, but when I try to buy something, it says that I have reached the limit of things that my account allows to buy at a time . I called them again they said that I need to confirm my credit card or a debit card to my account. I already have a paypal account, why do I have to use a credit card
So for those who shops frequently on ebay, somebody help? thanks

You need a new CC to go with the new PP account. They block the account and card..

Their customer service is well known.. Sorry you are dealing with them.

Shipping to helper's country then to Portugal will cost quite a bit, can't you find some local help?

I´m trying to find local help, but well nobody wanted to create a ebay account as my account didn´t work out
How do you buy on ebay? Did you put a card in your account?

I use paypal, but paypal needs to be linked to a credit card.

I use paypal buy send money to it, and it worked.
My problem is with ebay, not paypal... I have money but can´t buy

Paypal is a Ebay company. In order to have and maintain a open account you need to have both CC and a bank account tied to the PP account. Why did they suspend your account?

This QEV and 3-way are what I´m trying to buy, the shiping price is only 0.5 $ us.
So can anybody buy them then ship to me? I can pay with paypal, contact me by pm, thanks
No idea why did they do that, they didn´t even try to explain through my phone call, only wasted my time and money

You should have gotten a email to your registered primary email address siting TOS violation. Had you sold anything just before the suspension? Are you in the USA?

I did that , didn't work either, it still says that my has reached the limit of things I can buy at one time, witch means that my account is not allowed to buy a single thing damn!
