Silica Gel Stuff

Silica Gel, you know, thoughs little packets that come in back packs, purses, some clothings. The ones that say,"Do not eat, Throw Away". If you do infact know what im talking about do you have any idea what they can be used for besides pissing me off for being useless?? And yes, im sure i could google it, but im much to lazy for that and this way if gives you guys something to do :D

You could use the satchels as ammo, or stick them to the wall with a thumbnail, you could trow them at your sister or burn them. You can even trow them in the garbage can if you are not to laisy to get your but up. Also you can try to eat them, but i would not advise that. I could tell you a lot more of this bullshit, but hey, what do you expect with such a question :wink:

You can make those water crystal headbands. They are great for keeping you cool in the summer.

You can use them to keep you shoes from getting smelly, or you could place them in your shoes 2 days or for a week if their really smelly, and afterwards, they smell just like new inside!

I just got 4 decent sized (~4cm by 5cm by 1.5cm) satchels of the stuff from a new piece of furnature. I put one in a cup of water and it started making a crackling noise. Judging from the Wikipedia article, I have the type that burts when it absorbs a lot of water.

I can't really think of anything useful to do with them... I know that you can heat them up and restore them to original though.
