Making PVC Stuff?

Ok first off I didnt know if I should consider this project non-spudgun or a spudgun project. It would be used for spudguns but the project wouldnt so thats why I choose the one I did (if you dont get what im talking about dont worry doesnt have any importance.)
Ok I was wondering if I could possibly make stuff out of PVC and molding it to the shape I want. Hopefully someone could tell me if it is even possible to reheat PVC and the remold it? One more question does anyone know the temp needed to melt the PVC and how much pressure (psi) should be used? If this is possible this is what I plan on doing.
Background Info: My dad is a jeweler and has a wax injector capable of getting somewhere around 250 F/120 C and then pressures of 0-35 psi. So today I was talking to my dad about some of his tools and some how we started talking about his wax injector and the idea struct me of using PVC shavings then injecting them into molds (possiblites are endless!) Normally with this machine you put in wax beads then melt them and then inject them into a mold so I was hoping that I could do this with PVC.
There are picture below of the process described below at the bottom of the post that are numbered in the correct order (For some retarded a** reason the attachments wont go in the right order. I posted them in the right order.)
This is what I plan on doing if everything works out. First I will get PVC scraps and then turn them into shavings. Then I will take the top of the injector and dump the shavings in then I will heat them to (?) and pressurize them to (?) psi. Then I will take a mold made out of wood or something and then put a small hole in mold just like you would on a rubber mold. Once done with that I will inject the plastic into the mold by putting the nozzle on the injector in the open hole one the mold. Then allow the plastic to dry for (?) and then hopefully end up with some nice PVC stock ready for maching!
Any Comments/ Suggestions would be greatly apprecated. (?) means I dont know what the answer is and if you know please let me know.
