i am thinking of cutting the endcap of my marble gun and solder on a 180 degree elbow then a piece of the same pipe as the chamber just as long and solder on under the main chamber then a piston so the main chamber volume wouldn't get smaller.

but if i do it that way and compress it all the way to the elbows would i get about 300psi out of primary 150psi?

hotwied-
ITs like a syringe. Block the end and squeeze the pressure increases
thats the analogy i was goin for. If the bike pump is the pressure chamber, then pumping it one time would increase pressure, but since there will be a very small volume left over it might not be worth the trouble.. thats basically what what the drawing shows.

The new drawing looks good. I think with a small barrel it would work nicely. i might look a little disproportioned though

I know it wasn't good I was rushing so that the tread wouldn't be lost before I could post to it.

this is just like a bbgun, the efficiency isn't so great after compresing the thing to half the volume you only produce like 14psi right?

I'd defiantly prefer the caulking gun solution over a screw

I know that's what I meant off the rescent topics list but anyway
I have a bb gun that with one stroke of the piston the gun is charged and it shoots about 411 fps range so I think this design would work.

I would say it's like exsponencial growth probably spelled that wrong and what that is is if you compress the chamber .50 way and the pressure doubles .75 pressure quadruples .87.5 the pressure is then 6 times as large

15psi atmsphere start of stroke
30psi .50
200psi .75
600 psi .87.5

I don't think it would go to 600 psi but maybe.

it has potential if i do as i told in my last post. but i think spudchuckers numbres are of  if i charge it to 150 psi then compress it i would get 6000psi

Oh yes you would also use a larger diameter pump pipe.

this is what i have thinked to by this point. i probably make a ball vale between the pump and main chamber so the piston get a rest when shot.

you contridicted yourself there it says o psi until screw screwa in but then it says the space between piston and valve is precharged to 150 psi mmmmmmmmmm.
so what are my numbers of?

well you wouldn't go that far to 600 psi you wouldn't be able to push the gun down with that pressure well I wouldn't but you could probably get to 300 maybe the piston foot strrips and the catch mechanism on a long threaded rod so the catch mechanism could be adjustable.
