sorry about the late response got stuck with a urgent job at work so i had to work late and i still have to work the fucking weekend.
You could go the BTB route and make a massive popoff valve as your main firing valve if this is for a small calibre Wink
Building my own valve, Great idea. I had a quick look around i think i know how they work. Building one is possible but not sure how to choose the spring have to look over my old Tafe books.

I am going to mod this gun, since i got the cartridge ejection working why not make it fully auto

air supply will be 120psi(regulated) from a scuba tank i will fire the gun by holding down a blow gun that lets air in to the sprinkler valve/chamber when it reaches a set psi the relief valve relives triggering the sprinkler valve. repeat. should get a lot of shots out of a 200 bar tank
