The beast is now off the chain!

Granted it needs a coat of paint yet but it works like a dream. It has a basic M203 launcher loading sleeve that doubles as the trigger. The tank can hold enough air for at least 2 shots. The shells are a simple, lower pressure, burst disk design refined by Dave and I. The shells hold the ammo and wadding while the gun holds the air and fires the shell. I'm also thinking of adding a stock, iron sights and mount for my M14 airsoft rifle.

No matter how rich you become, how famous or powerful, when you die the size of your funeral will still pretty much depend on the weather.

i like the concept and workmanship but some paint would do wonders, also why would you mount that on an m14 rifle seems kinda large dontcha think?

So the shells are basically ammo- and burstdisk-holders?
Damn I hoped they held the air too :(
I would like to see it in action. Any chance of a youtube vid?

they would hold the air if it was at a lower pressure but we want them for higher pressure applications.

video of it in action here:

i should have it painted by monday most likely flat black with green and/or red shells. I also sized it up next to my m14 yesterday and have desided agnst mounting it. I will however be making slings for both the tank and gun.
