Ok, it has been months since I have posted a cannon(thats because I had a C on my progress report, so I couldnt make guns), but now, I have made another gun. It is a golfballer, and was completely free. I found all the parts in a dump area of a construction site, I got about 45-50 LBS. of metal pipe and fittings, and this was one of the things I made. It is my first golf ball gun, and is awsome. it has a 5 inch golfball barrel, 4 inch 1 1/2 inch chamber, 1/2 inch ball valve, under over, and runs on 125 PSI. I fill through a QC(not pictured) by my 7 gal. air tank. It weighs about 10 LBS. It is all Steel, and Copper. I have not fired a golfball yet, but I will. And I will be in my front yard on halloween shooting out candy and flour(for that smoky affect).

Mark, it is(it is about 3/8 inch thick ). And VH, when I get another coat of paint, it wont look as bad as it does now, and by ghetto, do you mean all the different colors of glue on all the joints? Oh, and BTW, the only reason why there is a 1 inch union joining the barrel and valve is so the barrel can be unscrewed so it can be put in a small case, oh and FYI, this thing is less than a foot long :D.

Uhhh, word on that. And at a hefty 10 lbs, maybe best use as a curling dumbbell.

Very err... ghetto. The fence cap is a nice touch. What inspired you to use that kind of paint? :?

This gun is done, now I have made the chamber twice as long, and the barrel 3 times as long, but it is now 1 1/4 inch.

Do you have some hand trucks to carry it around?

I like it. It looks like something made in Russia. I'd be tempted to paint it OD green.

Something that heavy I would use as a staionary cannon or mortor. Rig up a base of some kind. Maybe put it on wheeles. If its going to be that heavy, I would just go bigger and mount a base on it or with wheeles.
