JSR built something like that.

When the pressure in the chamber overcomes the force of the spring the air is released. After that the piston returns into closed position.

im pretty sure your lookin at this backwards pressure comes in from the left and when you push a button an electro magnet pulls the plunger back releasing the air, they have ones that operate between 0-3000psi

Now that you say it... you might be right.

I don't think that anybody here have ever used one of this before. It's simply to specialized and hard to rebuild. Nice idea though.
