Can you not get some Aluminium or Brass sheet (3 - 4mm) and cut it out with a hacksaw.
Where's my Chuck key?

Oh thanks I appriciate your time.. Can't wait to see your final product!
i make a stir pump
15mm id
i dont have a gauge , so i pump to my fire extinguisher ,
in 200psi , the valve (red part) blow up, so , i'm not sure how much pressure i can get
a piston , stil can't believe it work , i will make an other one later
i modify my hammer a bit , (put the spring , the hammer together very very hard , iwill never fix it any more) now it stronger ,
pump 20-30 times ,and i get 3 good shot
i'm thinking about add o big chamber , pump 100 times , shoot , pummp 20 times ,shoot, like btb ones
but my pump is uncomfortable ,
what do you think ,about the handle???

Use a sharp HSS or cobalt drill bit and "pulse" the trigger on the hand drill, This will also stop snagging which could hurt you, Also if you are using drill bits upwards of 5mm it would be easier to drill a pilot hole first, And don't forget to Center punch.dahakka wrote:@Goats spudz: i have a hacksaw , a dremel, no problem cutting steel
but i can't drill in steel, even alumium , although my hand srill is very strong, maybe because my technique
i am learning how to dril

I am trying to build something like that on my own, but I can only see 2 pictures of your valve. The others seem to be gone. Can you please reupload them?
I also checked the date, so I don't ask for pictures which have been gone years ago.
By the way, as far as I can see, its a really nice hammer you gut there!
