im working on an air cannon mini gun , but i cant figure out how to feed ammo into the 6 rotating barrels quickly. any help is greatly appreciated.

Some general designs on what you plan to do would help us help you.

You can go for a cloud or vortex BBMG (typical rate of fire 50-150 BBs per second) and attach the rotating barrels to that.

also is a qev a chamber sealing valve or a barrel sealing valve ?

QEV - Usually barrel sealing.
Welcome to Singapore.

The laws are stricter concerning spudguns than anywhere in the West.

Even the Aussies for all they complain have it good compared to us.
