For any who think this would be "fun", it's not....just massively and narcissistically dumb.
Completely frigin seconded. Once I was over my friends house to play airsoft we were in a empty lot when a red car pulled into the lot next to where were were loading our guns 3 guys got out and it turned out we knew these three. They asked us what we were doing and we said we were playing airsoft well they took out their paintball gun to say you guys should get paintball guns to play paintball with them. They tried to tell us that they ran out of co2 but we didn't believe them they stayed the whole time while we were playing airsoft. When we were leaving they started their car and we saw the guns barrel come out of the window we started to run but they other guy that was with us had to get his bike he ran back but before he got to his bike they were about 20' away so he ran into the woods and hid behind a tree he said when they were leaving he saw that they had a 20 oz. in the gun.

something like that happened to me, a car with two 15 year olds from my school drove up to me and threw a baloon filled with paint at my $800 set of cloth from 2feet with a open door and when they where about to drive they managed to chocke the car :D

so i jumped in and did my thing (i am a boxer :))

paintball and a driver that can drive is another story

Maybe one of the spudfiles members should shoot back with his toys :P

Anyway, where I live, the gunners would probably get only a small fine, because they where traumatised when they got arrested or so.

Poland spud, you don't have the slightest idea of maturity.

Yes it is, anyone who didn't laugh at that kid whose bottle combustion shot back and hit him in the nuts on camera is a liar.

In fact anyone causing minor injury to themselves by accident or by act of god/animal is fair game to have a snigger at.

Shooting people you pass on a street is excessively sadistic humour because what you're finding funny is the discomfort and pain you personally are causing them.

that's true...
hey we can assume it's fun - it's fun as long as you're not the one getting shoot

Anyone who visit spudfiles can build a powerful (and lethal) spudgun... I don't think it's a good idea to present opinions like yours here.. I assume that you are a responsible person but there are lots of kids who visit this site and.. you know your posts do not teach them respondibility -instead they suggest that shooting people is cool...

everyone knows that stuff like this is illegal - if you question that with your comments you convince other people that laws do not have to be obeyed... it starts with shooting pepole with a pb gun but you'll never know where it stops...

I believe in some ways the "jackass" and "reality show" phenomenon that dominates youth culture now days is responsible for planting the idea that watching someone else suffer is funny. If I see Larry Moe and Curly smacking each other in the face with a frying pan, that's funny...because I know it's not real. If I saw someone actually hit someone else in the face with a real frying pan, I would be horrified, certainly not laughing.

See the difference?? Anyone...?

I think it is less to do with culture, and more to do with the simple fact, 'people are morons'

I've seen Jackass one and two, play violent video games, seen gory movies etc.... but I was utterly horrified and shocked when I saw this video... The fact that these completely unsuspecting people were pelted with paintballs, which would have both scared the shit out of them, hurt like hell, and (depending on where they were hit) potentialy permanently injured them is horrifying. I felt utter hatred at the people in that car. Pain can be funny, ie at Squash somtimes me and a friend would play a variation on dodgeball where we would use the large squishy foam balls used for the little kids and hit them at each-other as hard as possible... this could get a bit painful at close range, but we both accepted that and knew what we were getting into. But these people they were shooting in the vid didn't agree to be shot at, and NO-ONE has the right to do what the asswipes in the video did.
I wonder how much deeper the ocean would be without sponges.
Right now I'm having amnesia and deja vu at the same time. I think I've forgotten this before.

There have always been and always will be morons around, but this is purposeful and calculated, not the work of village idiots. Rather, adolescence run amok with no discipline limits or sense of respect set for them by an authoritarian figure. I blame their parents almost as much as I do them.

I know, I know sounds old fashion. In my day, we got our jollies by TPing our buddies front lawn trees or egging their car in the middle of the night. Trust me, shooting people in the face or shooting fireworks out of your butt and similar assinine activities for your jollies is a relatively new phenom.
