That what I did :P And it worked out fine, but I only used to 20 bar as the bottle won't take more :( still looking for a 2L CO2 tank :) .

I epoxied mine with some liquid metal stuff and a 20mm fitting which was the best fit I could find, works well but only tested to 180psi
