In nevada it is illegal to tamper with fire extenguishers. It is alaso illegal for spudguns in city limits. Before I made my combustion=nice resedential nighborhood. After I made it= sounds like a war is gojng on.
that was off topic.sorry
I think I am going to try a fire extengusher bbmg.
Ill replace the hose with pvc.
Drill a hole
hook my paintball hopper to it.
Pressurize the tank. Gravity fed easy peasy!

So here are some pics of my work in progress.
I've tried it, and it seemed to fire just a bit slower than a normal bbmg. However, it seems more gas efficient.
It just made big holes muhahah!!
I put it in a vice for this picture so the grip cannot be seen.Construction glue is drying at the moment.
I fired it using the Halon gas wich is still in the extinguisher, wich is at lower pressure than what I'll be using later.Too bad I only had 5 marbles to try it.Gotta buy me some more!!!

Yes the handle is in the vice next to the pressure gauge. The working pressure of the bottle is 13 bar, but I'll use it at 16( 250 psi)
It should hold up nicely.

I already made a small gun that puts slingshot bbs through a metal trash can. marbles will be better than slingshot bb's,but you could shoot them out like buckshot. that's all I meant.

I would like to have ball bearings or something, but they are too expensive.

they are are 5/8 and 1/2 inch steel balls that are sold at pretty much any sporting goods store that sells paintball guns, pellet guns. or slingshots. they are just like ball bearings, but have a little flat spot on one side from when they forged by dropping drops of molten steel from a couple hundred feet in the air into a cold tank of water. I put a bag of them through a car hood. excellent buck shot
